The office is manned by two (2) Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Office showcased the good practices adapted during the implementation of plans and projects as well as it keep record of the evaluation/appraisal of events that occurred. The office is manned by the Local Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Officer II and a Data Encoder who both assume the primary duties and responsibilities in setting the direction, development, implementation and coordination of the DRRM plans, programs, and activities as may be authorized by the MDRRMC. It aims to capacitate the LGU and the locality in the prevention and mitigation, preparedness, response and rehabilitation and recovery from hazards, both natural and man-made, protecting investments, homes, and most importantly, lives.
